Originally designed in 1968 by Verner Panton, the Flowerpot VP8 Wall Lamp evokes memories of the flower power movement. The lampshade is made from two hemispheres, with the bottom shade exactly half the size of the top one. The bottom shade conceals the light bulb, reflecting and diffusing light off the top shade to provide a warm, ambient glow.
Colour is at the heart of the VP8 Wall Lamp. Available in 9 vibrant finishes, the VP8 exudes playful versatility, perfect for adding a splash of colour in your home with a bold personality. Install individually or in pairs, framing a doorway for a sense of balance. Colourful compositions can be created by displaying with other pieces from the Flowerpot Collection that would blend seamlessly into maximalist decors.
Please note that the VP8 includes a cable and plug, so it must be installed near a socket. Alternatively, it can be hard-wired to the mains. Please refer to the installation video on this page for more information, and always consult a qualified electrician before attempting installation.
