Tom Dixon Whirl LED Floor Chandelier

The Tom Dixon Whirl Floor Chandelier features seven polycarbonate shades arranged across a tall, sculptural frame. Inspired by the Optical Art movement, each shade is formed with a spiral pattern that distorts reflections and creates shifting visual effects. The shades are made in Germany using injection blow moulding, producing a lightweight and durable form. They are then vacuum metallised, with a thin layer of metal applied to the inside of the shade. The Whirl Floor Chandelier is available in Gold, Silver and the new Copper finish.

The Whirl Floor Chandelier has a strong decorative presence even when switched off. Once illuminated, the spiral pattern catches and reflects the light, creating layered patterns that change as you move around the piece. Its scale makes it particularly suited to living rooms, dining areas and larger open spaces. It can also work well in commercial interiors such as hotel lobbies, reception areas and boutiques.

Please Note: A Dichroic filter is also available for this product. Reflecting a mix of colours throughout the shade for a more iridescent lighting effect. Contact us for pricing and information.
